General remarks
When the User signs up for Web Services provided by HIND RABII (hereinafter known as "H.R."), as defined in the Terms of Use
insert link and/or when a User places an order, H.R. collects and processes his or her personal data.
This data is collected regardless of the sign-up method for Web Services and via H.R.'s web interface www.hindrabii.com, social networks or mobile applications made available to Users by H.R.
In regard to responsibility for data processing, H.R. has applied to the Belgian Privacy Commission, under registration number

The User expressly authorises H.R. to process their personal data in accordance with Belgian and European law on privacy protection and within the limits of the present Privacy Policy.
Type of data processed and data processing objectives
Type of personal data processed
Personal data processed by H.R. includes the following:
surnames, first names, date of birth, language, postal address, electronic mail address and contact details, hobbies and profession, which are collected when a User signs up for Web Services and/or when an order is placed, in accordance with the terms of article 1.1.;
information exchanged between H.R. and the consumer, in particular via electronic mail as part of the provision of Web Services;
bank details collected so that payment transfers can be made for online payments and restitution transactions referred to in Article 5.3 of the General terms and conditions for online sales

Personal data communicated by the User is stored in a file for which H.R.is responsible, at all times, for controlling and storage.
Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data is collected and processed by H.R. for the following purposes:
The provision of Web Services and the fulfilment of orders, including the issue and eventual payment of invoices;
For user information for products and services offered by H.R. ;
For advertising and marketing, including the mailing of the paper or electronic newsletter;
To communicate promotional offers and invitations to take part in competitions;
To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and market research.
The Belgian Privacy Commission has issued the following identification number for the processing of consumer personal data: (application pending).
Rights of access, rectification and objection
Users whose data has been collected may request access to any information held about them by H.R. at any time and free of charge. They have the right to update or rectify any information they deem to be inaccurate or incomplete.
They may challenge the processing of data relating to them where there is just cause, provided that it does not make it more difficult for H.R. to fulfil its obligations.
The User may oppose the use of their personal data by H.R. for marketing purposes including future ones for any reason and at any time.
Personal data shall be deleted when the User ends their registration or, at the latest, at the end of a period of 10 years from the last order of services or products by the User.
The data subject can exercise the rights mentioned in article 3.1 by contacting H.R. using the contact information in article 1.2.
Security and confidentiality
H.R. employs all reasonable means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data it processes.
This data shall not be passed on to third partners other than H.R.'s partners, unless:
It is necessary for the provision of Web Services including for the execution of an order;
The User has given permission for it;
The transfer data is required by a competent, judicial or administrative authority.
Furthermore, the User is informed and consents to their personal data being passed on to H.R.'s partners once the User has chosen to use its partners' services via the H.R. website or mobile application.
A partner shall not be considered as a subcontractor within the meaning of the law of 9 December 1992 on privacy protection. H.R. accepts no responsibility for the processing of the User's data by a partner who provides services on its own behalf and on its own account.
The User hereby accepts and grants that third-party companies may occasionally handle data when providing necessary technical services for the provision of Web Services or services which are needed to ensure the correct function or maintenance of the website, mobile application or more generally H.R.'s information tools.
Personal data may be passed on to intermediaries and financial organisations involved in the online payment operations for orders of products or services offered by H.R. such as OGONE.
Navigation information
H.R. collects and stores certain "visitor information" from visitors to its website, such as, for example, the domain name and address of the host computer from which they connect to the Internet, the Internet Protocol (IP) address from the computer used, the date and time of the visit and the URLs from which they access the site.
This navigation information is not linked to data which will identify visitors and is destroyed after a period of time.
Navigation information is collected via cookies. Cookies are text files placed on the hard drive of computers by a web page server. H.R. uses this information to analyse and measure site traffic and to offer the consumer certain functionality.
Furthermore, cookies are used by H.R. to target advertising broadcast on the website according to consumer profiles. Browsers can be configured to refuse cookies. However, the consumer is informed that certain functionality on the Website can only be accessed by using cookies.
The processing of navigation information described in this section may be carried out by third-party companies, like for example American company Google Inc. via its tool "Google Analytics".
